Close to harbor, bus stops and ferries, great location for exploring the city. Helpful and kind staff. Clean and quiet hotel. Cozy elevator.

The hot water was consistent and the elevator was cozy. the location was ideal, being in proximity to various shops and restaurants. the hotel allowed pets which was a bonus.
The hotel's wifi was not secure and my personal information was compromised. the internet connection was poor and unreliable.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the great location. It is conveniently situated near bus stops and just a short walk from the ferries and the harbor. The staff provide attentive service and are very friendly. The rooms are well-maintained and come with basic amenities, including soap. The breakfast provided is also satisfactory.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.

We love the prime location that's minutes away from bus stops and the harbor. Plus, the nearby ferries make it easy to explore the city from a different perspective. the rooms are impeccably clean and come equipped with fresh sheets and towels. the breakfast spread is truly a treat, with a variety of dishes catering to everyone's preferences. the staff is always willing to help out with any request, and their English is impressive.
There are some noise issues around the hotel, but that's expected given its location in the heart of the city with lots of nightclubs and bars nearby.

Had an Easter getaway and stayed at a hotel in a great location, near the bus and harbor areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us great suggestions for places to visit, making us feel welcome and at home. The hotel also had a very inexpensive rate which was a great plus.
The biggest problem was that the room was quite old and the cleanliness wasn't the best. we found the room to be a bit noisy at night and the cigarette smell was a little off-putting.

The prices are very reasonable for the convenient location it has. It is close to bus stops, right next to the ferries, and near the harbor. The staff provides excellent service and pays attention to detail. Basic amenities like soap in the rooms are provided, and the breakfast is satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
